That is restful. I need it as a counterbalance to training and school. I need both to learn. Sometimes things have to be hectic but they also have to be quiet. I have to learn to cope with both situations."Individual learning pace is not obvious in its forms. If the pace of learning and working is too fast, it can lead just as much to participants "getting left behind" as a pace which is too slow. For this reason the different manifestations of learning pace must be noticed and the assessment of the negative effects must take place individually:
