RATIO

The project aim consists in carrying out a comparative research of tools and schemes in the field of training for adults in four European countries: France, Germany, United Kingdom and Sweden. These tools and schemes are being implemented in order to promote the social inclusion of disadvantaged adult people in the learning processes and pathways in the light of their employability and to prevent new forms of exclusion of the adult population at high risk of social marginalization.

The Part of the German Institute for Adult Education in the framework of the planned activities for Project R.A.T.I.O. (Ricerca e Analisi comparativa di Trasferibilità e Innovatività per una migliore Occupabilità di adulti svantaggiati) includes:

• assistance in the organisation of the study visit in Germany to be carried out by the Italian researchers ;

• cooperation with the Italian researchers coordinated by Prof. Paolo Federighi in the definition of contents of the interviews to be made during the study visit;

• list relevant bibliography and sources about the national system of education and training for adults and especially documentation about schemes and tools available in the national/local context aimed to promote the participation of adults in education and training pathways;

• collaboration with the Italian researchers in the definition of contents to be described in the Country Report;

Project coordinator is ASTER, the Emilia Romagna Technological Development Agency.

Im Auftrag der italienischen Regierung (Ministerium für Arbeit und Sozialpolitik) führt das Forschungskonsortium ASTER (http://www.aster.it/), Bologna, eine vergleichende Studie von vier europäischen Ländern (Schweden, Großbritannien, Deutschland, Frankreich) durch, in der innovative Maßnahmen zur Förderung benachteiligter Adressatengruppen (Erwachsene) erfasst und verglichen werden sollen.

Die Untersuchung hat zum Ziel

- die nationalen/lokalen Systeme, in denen die Maßnahmen geplant und entwickelt werden, zu erfassen und zu vergleichen

- einige der spezifischen Maßnahmen für sozial benachteiligte Erwachsene, bzgl. ihrer Übertragbarkeit auf italienische Verhältnisse besonders zu erkunden.

ASTER hat das Deutsche Institut für Erwachsenenbildung beauftragt, die Untersuchungen in Deutschland vorbereitend zu unterstützen und Hilfestellung zu einer Studienreise zu gewähren, in der eine Wissenschaftlerin von ASTER die Gelegenheit erhält, Rückfragen an die bildungspolitisch Verantwortlichen, die Durchführenden der Maßnahme oder Vertreter einer wissenschaftlichen Begleitung einer Maßnahmen zu stellen.
