Inwieweit wurde die albanische Hochschulentwicklung von den transnationalen und globalen Einflüssen geprägt?
In welcher Form und Intensität sind diese Einflüsse bei Internationalisierungsprozessen und internationalen Bildungstransfers in Erscheinung getreten und von der Außenpolitik Albaniens moderiert?
Projektziel
The study represents an attempt to integrate the history of Albanian education in the most recent and broader scholarly work of comparative education. It situates the history of Albanian higher education in the broader context of transnational history. The analysis applies historical and social sciences methods to examine international exchanges and instances of policy transfer from 1945 to 1991, and how they affected the development of Albanian higher education. By examining the intensity of internationalization activities and policy transfers, it seeks to demonstrate how the idea of internationality has evolved throughout the period.
