The article focuses on the approach of the VHS Osterholz-Scharmbeck to enhance inclusion in adult education centres with quality management. For this purpose, further needs and requirements must be determined, didactics and methodology developed, and customer communication adapted.
1999 wurde die "Fachtagung Qualitätssicherung in der Weiterbildung - Projekte, Positionen, Perspektiven" durchgeführt, um die Ergebnisse verschiedener Projekte zur Qualitätsentwicklung in der Weiterbildung zu erörtern. In vier Foren diskutierten Fachleute aus Politik, Wissenschaft und Praxis zu den Themen Evaluation, Qualitätsmanagement, Angebotsqualität und Qualitätssicherung. Communication strategies play a significant role in the context of conflict management. From this tradition the approach of Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg originates.
