Die Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung können sich mittels Quali-tätsmanagementprozessen weiterentwickeln und im Rahmen solcher Prozesse eine gemeinsame Haltung herausarbeiten. Darüber hinaus stellen Programmangebote zur Politischen Bildung einen zentralen Aspekt dar, wie die Einrichtung authentisch auftreten kann. Über die teils prekären Beschäftigungsbedingungen in der Weiterbildung wird seit langem gesprochen. 2023 erschien eine ausführliche Studie zu diesen Bedingungen und der Frage, wie die Beschäftigten mit ihnen umgehen. Der Autor nimmt diese Studie zum Anlass, Beschäftigungsbedingungen und Veränderungsmöglichkeiten in der Weiterbildung kritisch zu beleuchten.
