The main topic “Quality Management Systems in Continuing Training” of the wbmonitor survey 2017 provides statistical results on the dissemination of the different quality management systems (QMS) used in this field of education and analyzed the effectiveness attributed by the institutions. In addition, wbmonitor explored the providers view on the QMS certification process. As every year, the economic situation of the continuing training providers was determined: In 2017, this was at a new all-time high and was also consistently positive in the subsegments. The supplementary information of structures this time focuses on the performance volumes of publicly accessible, organized continuing training.
