How can the skills of migrant women be specifically enhanced through tailored training programmes, workshops and educational resources in order to improve their employability?
How can collaborative partnerships with labour market stakeholders be developed to create supportive and inclusive onboarding environments?
How can awareness-raising campaigns be designed to highlight the social and cultural contributions of migrant women and break down prejudices?
The “EmpowerHer” project aims to promote the integration of migrant women into the labour market through targeted skills development and the creation of inclusive onboarding processes. By combining skills assessment, practical training and close collaboration with labour market stakeholders, the project highlights the talents of migrant women and opens up long-term employment prospects. The development of a hybrid training approach supports both migrant women and advisory professionals.
The project also helps raise awareness of the specific challenges faced by migrant women and promotes the acceptance of cultural diversity within companies and society. Collaboration with partners from Germany, France, Portugal, Spain and Cyprus offers a European perspective and enables the transfer of project results to various national contexts.
