FORWARD carries out strategic foresight and technology assessments over a five-year time horizon. The project aims to generate insights that will inform policy-making in the field of digitalising continuing education in a (post-)pandemic society. To this end, FORWARD focuses on the consequences of increasing digitalisation in continuing education, using low-skilled individuals as an example of the target group.
