The paper examines the extent to which the principles of biomedical ethics can be used for an ethics of pedagogy. First, the principles of biomedical ethics are presented. Second, attention is drawn to similarities in terms of the epistemological status and challenges in medicine and in education. Possible links between principles of biomedical ethics and an ethics of pedagogy are examined.
Der Umgang mit Unsicherheiten, Mehrdeutigkeiten und Ambivalenzen stellt eine individuelle, gesellschaftliche und politische Herausforderung dar. Das Heft möchte Ambiguität und Ambivalenz in ihren verschiedenen Bezügen zur Erwachsenenbildung theoretisch und empirisch betrachten. Dabei soll der ambivalente Charakter von Ambiguität als bildungsproduktives und zuweilen auch -hinderliches Phänomen deutlich werden.
Die in der Pädagogik aufzufindende Gegenüberstellung vom »unfertigen« Kind und dem erwachsenem, »fertigen« Lehrer trifft für die Erwachsenenbildung nicht zu. Nicht zuletzt das Konzept »Lebenslanges Lernen« zeigt, dass sich kein Endpunkt des Lernens bestimmen lässt; alle Menschen sind nach diesem Verständnis also jederzeit »unfertig« – auch die Lehrenden selbst. Wie gehen Erwachsenenpädagoginnen und -pädagogen mit dieser »Unfertigkeit« professionell um?
The article presents the results of the author’s study on the views of pedagogy students on politics and education. The research has been undertaken subsequently to the 2015 parliamentary elections won by the party “Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc” (“Law and Justice”, PiS). During the election campaign, this party’s program offered radical changes, also in the Polish educational system.
