Inklusionsspezifische Seminare, Vorlesungen und Workshops an Hochschulen, Fachschulen und Einrichtungen der Weiterbildung, in denen Menschen mit einer so genannten geistigen Behinderung lehren, stellen ein Novum dar. Vorbereitet werden sie in einer weltweit einzigartigen Qualifizierung zur Bildungsfachkraft.
Welche Rolle spielen Lernen und Kompetenzentwicklung im Entwicklungsdienst? Der Autor, Verfasser einer aktuellen Studie zu diesem Thema, plädiert für einen Lernzyklus, der sowohl Vor- und Nachbereitung des Auslandsaufenthalts beinhaltet als auch stetiges learning on the job professionell unterstützt.
Die Dokumentation der im Rahmen des Projekts „Netzwerk Grundqualifikationen“ durchgeführten Zukunftswerkstatt beschreibt die einzelnen Phasen und Arbeitsschritte sowie neu entwickelte Projektideen. Das Lernen im Mittelalter war gebunden an das christliche Bildungsmonopol und den normativ dominanten Bildungsinhalten – und zielen des Christentums. This report provides an overview of the standards between professional and organisational logic for adult education – from the perspective of funding and continuing educational organisations, education policy and research. It also summarises various strategies for improving teaching and training, and identifies outstanding questions. It also points out the role of teaching as a construct, which largely depends on the viewer’s perspective.
