Über die teils prekären Beschäftigungsbedingungen in der Weiterbildung wird seit langem gesprochen. 2023 erschien eine ausführliche Studie zu diesen Bedingungen und der Frage, wie die Beschäftigten mit ihnen umgehen. Der Autor nimmt diese Studie zum Anlass, Beschäftigungsbedingungen und Veränderungsmöglichkeiten in der Weiterbildung kritisch zu beleuchten.
Die Grüne Transformation bringt einen sozialökologischen Strukturwandel mit sich, der alle gesellschaftlichen Bereiche betrifft. Wie kann die Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung dabei unterstützen, diesen Strukturwandel zu gestalten? In welchen Bereichen ist sie selbst von diesem Strukturwandel betroffen? weiter bilden reflektiert Lösungsansätze aus der Praxis der EB/WB.
