Kompetenzen als Fähigkeiten zur Lebensbewältigung, als informell erworbene Fähigkeiten, als Elemente in nationalen Qualifikationsrahmen, als Lern- ergebnisse im Lebenslauf – es gibt keine andere Kategorie, die in den letzten Jahren derart an Bedeutung im Kontext von Lernen und (Weiter-)Bildung gewonnen hat. Was aber ist methodisch und empirisch an neuen Erkenntnissen vorhanden?
Verfasst wurde das in lateinischer Sprache geschriebene Werk „De re metallica libri XII“ von dem gebürtigen Schweizer Georgius Agricola. 200 Jahre galt dieses Handbuch als ein Standardwerk zur Montanwissenschaft und des praktischen Bergbaus. Es umfasst auch 292 Holzschnitte, die zur Illustration der jeweiligen Materie dienten. Das Lehrbuch wurde in viele Sprachen übersetzt.
Little is known about the qualifications of trainers in further vocational education. Some hold a degree in educational sciences. At the same time prospective trainers seem to be part of the target group of programs that specialize in adult education.
