Der Länderbericht informiert über die aktuelle Situation der schweizerischen Erwachsenenbildung - u.a. über die gesetzlichen Grundlagen, die Institutionen und ihr Personal, über Finanzierung und Kosten. Darüber hinaus enthält er einen Überblick zum schweizerischen Bildungswesen und zur historischen Entwicklung der Erwachsenenbildung in der Schweiz. Weiterführende Literatur und eine Adressenliste ergänzen den Bericht.
Rassismus ist als gesellschaftliches Phänomen und Problem wieder verstärkt in den Blick geraten.
