Oscar Olsson war einer der treibenden Kräfte beim Aufbau von Study Circle in Schweden Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts. Diese richteten sich an die ärmere Landbevölkerung und Arbeiter. The article presents a number of photographs of the Franz Pöggeler estate, which is preserved in the archive of the German Institute of Adult Education. The historic pictures vary between ecclesiastic-monumental architectural photography and simple snap shots and illustrate the differences of learning and teaching arrangements in the history of adult education centres. Das REPORT-Jubiläumsheft fasst Erfahrungen, Ergebnisse und Methoden aus der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung bildungspolitischer Programme zusammen und ermöglicht so eine Einschätzung des möglichen Ertrages solcher Begleitung wie auch ihrer zum Teil prekären Positionierung im Schnittfeld unterschiedlicher Interessen.
Diese Ausgabe des REPORT widmet sich unterschiedlichsten Fragen zur Zukunft von Weiterbildung im kommenden Jahrhundert. Die Beiträge behandeln u. a.
