Das REPORT-Jubiläumsheft fasst Erfahrungen, Ergebnisse und Methoden aus der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung bildungspolitischer Programme zusammen und ermöglicht so eine Einschätzung des möglichen Ertrages solcher Begleitung wie auch ihrer zum Teil prekären Positionierung im Schnittfeld unterschiedlicher Interessen.

In the future it should be possible for educationally qualified applicants to be able to attend a university without university-entrance certificates acquired in a secondary school.
