Kooperationen sind ein häufig verwendetes, oftmals bewährtes und politisch erwünschtes Mittel, um organisationale und bildungspolitische Ziele im System des lebenslangen Lernens zu erreichen. Doch Kooperationen erfolgreich zu gestalten, ist von vielen Faktoren abhängig. Welche die acht zentralen sind und welche Fragen offen bleiben, verrät der Autor.
The main emphasis of this article is on how to deal with value conflicts in teaching/learning situations in adult and continuing education against the backdrop of current social challenges. Based on the description and interpretation of a case study from an integration course, the author suggests possibilities of how to prepare teachers for acting in a pedagogically appropriate and ethical manner.
Der Anwendungsleitfaden wurde im Rahmen des Bundesprogramms „Lernen vor Ort“ in Zusammenarbeit mit den teilnehmenden Kommunen kontinuierlich überarbeitet und dient als Transferprodukt und Orientierungsrahmen zum Aufbau eines kommunalen Bildungsmonitorings in Landkreisen und kreisfreien Städten. Weitere Überarbeitungen durch kommunale Rückmeldungen und aktuelle bildungspolitische Entwicklungen sind angestrebt.

One of the challenges in the pedagogical use of new technologies is gaining understanding of the babylonic confusion of new concepts and terms. The author enumerates some of the most essential terms. His key questions are: Does e-learning really change education and learning fundamentally? Is the acquisition of knowledge by electronic means really totally different from most traditional ways? – „Computers don’t teach. Only educators do“.
