Anerkennung und Validierung von bestehenden Kompetenzen sowie die Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung von berufsrelevanten Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten sind bei der Bewältigung des Fachkräftemangels von großer Bedeutung.
