Contrary to communications scientist Kepplinger’s thesis that public opinion can be significantly influenced by journalism, the author maintains that this influence is not very substantial. This aspect moves to the centre of attention when educational training time is not examined from the perspective of its exploitation, but rather in terms of its enablement.
