Die Arbeit präsentiert auf der Basis qualitativer Interviews mit ungarischen und deutschen ErwachsenenbildnerInnen die Erfolge und Fehlschläge der jüngeren Kooperation zwischen den beiden Ländern. Über zehn Jahre nach der "Wende" würdigt sie die engagierte Aufbauarbeit des IIZ-DVV in Ungarn und erörtert mögliche Zukunftsszenarien der Zusammenarbeit.

This report reflects potentials and dangers for adult education resulting from the process of Europeanizing educational politics. The report indicates the associated structural mechanisms of action in the area of tension of cooperation and competition with the example of the European Qualification Frame (EQF).
