Welche Unterstützung brauchen Weiterbildner/innen auf ihrem Weg vom Lehrenden zum Lernberater? Dieser Vortrag – gehalten auf einem Workshop zum Thema „Weiterbildung von Weiterbildnern“ – plädiert dafür, subjektiven Wahrnehmungen und Sichtweisen mehr Raum zu geben. Es werden Faktoren benannt, die zunehmend als Kompetenz erwartet werden, und die zu subjektiv wahrgenommener Überforderung führen können.
Die Veröffentlichung basiert auf einer vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung geförderten Untersuchung über die Nachfrageseite des deutschen Weiterbildungsmarktes ("Soziale und regionale Differenzierung von Weiterbildungsverhalten und -interessen").
