Works councils handle many conflicts. This article pursues the issue how works councils acquire knowledge and competences for dealing with various conflict settings and the significance of programmes in educational institutions for work councils. To pursue the question, the author connects her research findings on learning in work conflicts to the development in practical institutional education for works councils.
Bildungsberatung gilt seit Langem als Eckpfeiler eines funktionierenden Systems lebenslangen Lernens. Die Frage nach den Wirkungen von Beratung ist indes noch nicht gut erforscht. So rücken Fragen der Nutzenstiftung von Beratung in den Mittelpunkt: Welche Wirkungen hat Weiterbildungsberatung auf die Weiterbildungsbeteiligung? Nutzen Bildungsanbieter Erkenntnisse aus der Beratung zur Entwicklung ihrer Programmplanung? Welche Zufriedenheit generieren Beratungsstellen bei den Ratsuchenden?
Etymologically contemplated, »validation« labels a process though which an object is awarded sturdiness or worthiness. In the educational area the word - under consideration listed in the series »glossary« here – aims at the process of acknowledgement and on making use of informally acquired competencies. The term »validation« is therewith the counterpart in the area of informal learning for »certification« in contexts of formal education.
Die beiden Bände zum Thema Multimedia sind im Rahmen des Projektes "Pädagogische Innovation mit Multimedia in der Erwachsenenbildung", das vom Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft, Forschung und Technologie (BMBF) gefördert wurde, entstanden. Inhalt des zweiten Bandes ist: - Positionen zu den Anforderungen an die Organisationen von Erwachsenenbildung - Beiträge zum Lernen mit Multimedia - Projektbeispiele aus der Praxis - Fortbildungsmodule Multimedia.
