Anhand der Begriffe: Wahrnehmen, Denken, Lernen und Lehren wird aus den Perspektiven der Neurowissenschaften, der konstruktivistischen Erkenntnistheorie und der fachdidaktischen Forschungen zu Lernervorstellung eine Theorie der Vermittlung - also des Lernens und Lehrens - vorgestellt.
Aus einer konstruktivistischen Perspektive wird untersucht, wie wir über Lernen reden und welche Plausibilität ein solcher Diskurs erreichen kann.
Ausgehend von dem gesellschaftlichen Befund eines zunehmend entstrukturierten Lebenslaufs wird in dem Beitrag der Bedarf nach einer (erwerbs)biographischen Gestaltungs- und Steuerungskompetenz betont, die auch neue Bildungs- und Beratungsleistungen notwendig machen.
In dem Beitrag wird begründet, dass das Einbeziehen von nichtbewussten Lernformen - implizites Wissen - in institutionalisierten Lernprozesse eine sinnvolle Ergänzung zum bewussten Lernen darstellt.
