Die kooperative Zusammenarbeit von Lehrenden in Professionellen Lerngemeinschaften (PLG en) kann helfen, professionelle Überzeugungen über das Lehren und Lernen zu entwickeln. Möglichkeiten der Implementierung von PLG en in das Feld der Erwachsenenbildung / Weiterbildung sowie ihre Potenziale für Überzeugungsveränderungen erforschen die Autorinnen in einer Nachwuchsgruppe am DIE.
