Dieser Frage sind die Autorin und der Autor in Interviews mit lehrendem und leitendem Personal der allgemeinen und konfessionellen Erwachsenenbildung nachgegangen. Sie zeigen, dass die Begründung entlang dreier Säulen der Legitimität erfolgt.
