Die Auswirkungen, die Künstliche Intelligenz auf Bildung hat, werden bislang nicht wirklich wahrgenommen und geradezu unterschätzt – so die Einschätzung unserer Gesprächspartnerinnen Dr. Sonya Dase und Christiane Carstensen von der Denkfabrik Dase & Carstensen. Im Gespräch mit Redakteur Jan Rohwerder erläutern sie anhand von Praxisbeispielen, welche gravierenden Möglichkeiten informellen Lernens KI-Systeme bieten und wie sie damit die Erwachsenenbildung verändern könnten.
Auf KI basierende Lernbegleiter bieten die Möglichkeit einer individuellen Unterstützung von Lernenden. Welche Chancen diese Dialogsysteme bieten, aber auch, welche Herausforderungen sie mit sich bringen, zeigen die Autorinnen und der Autor anhand ihrer Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung des »StudyBuddy«.
Die Autorin beleuchtet, wie generative KI als Impulsgeber durch gezielte Fragen genutzt werden kann, um kritisches Denken zu fördern. Im Fokus steht der sokratische Dialog als Methode, die selbstständiges Lernen unterstützt und zur tiefergehenden Auseinandersetzung mit Themen anregt. Praxisnah wird gezeigt, wie dies in Lernsettings angewendet und von Lehrenden begleitet werden kann.
This report reflects potentials and dangers for adult education resulting from the process of Europeanizing educational politics. The report indicates the associated structural mechanisms of action in the area of tension of cooperation and competition with the example of the European Qualification Frame (EQF). For 30 years, the author has been director of the communal adult education institute “Volkshochschule” at a middle-size town in Southern Germany. In 1998, the costs of 3 million DM were financed jointly by the town (50%), the participants of the courses (40%) and the Land Baden-Württemberg (10%). In the next three years, the "Volkshochschule" has to reduce the communal subsidy by 12%.
