Wie mit dieser inhärenten Ambiguität in der Bildungspraxis produktiv umgegangen werden kann, zeigt die Autorin am Beispiel des Programms der vhs Essen und plädiert dafür, Ambiguitäten als Ausgangspunkt und Ziel von Aushandlungsprozessen zu verstehen.
