Trotz vielfältiger Anstrengungen der letzten Jahre, geflüchtete Menschen mit Sprach- und Integrationskursen zu versorgen, bleibt die Teilnahme von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund an Weiterbildung insgesamt unterdurchschnittlich.
