Die Grüne Transformation bringt einen sozialökologischen Strukturwandel mit sich, der alle gesellschaftlichen Bereiche betrifft. Wie kann die Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung dabei unterstützen, diesen Strukturwandel zu gestalten? Migrant organisations have developed their own training opportunities for their employees. However, a qualified provision remained difficult. There remain needs of continuing education, e.g. the development of the organisation and its employees. Here the institutions of continuing education are needed.
Ist die Beschäftigung mit dem Begriff Haltung ein Zeichen für eine neue Bildungs-Debatte? Zumindest, so der Autor, wird der Blick nach der Kompetenzwende damit auch wieder auf Selbstwirksamkeit und Innensteuerung gerichtet.
