Die Universität Freiburg in der Schweiz hat ein Management-Modell für die Weiterbildung von Führungskräften in Nonprofit-Organisationen (FMM) erarbeitet. Eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise soll den Teilnehmenden schnell einen praxisorientierten Nutzen garantieren und gleichzeitig eine Erfolgskontrolle ermöglichen.
