Die Einführung des Job-Turbos soll die Arbeitsmarktintegration von Geflüchteten beschleunigen. Unternehmen, beschäftigte Geflüchtete und Träger müssen dafür Qualifizierung vermehrt beschäftigungsbegleitend realisieren. Die Autor*innen zeigen erste Erfahrungen und Empfehlungen aus aktuellen Projekten auf.
Mit dem Whole Institution Approach (WIA) wird die Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeit auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation gefördert. Die Autorinnen erläutern das Konzept einer nachhaltigen Organisationsentwicklung und zeigen anhand des Projektes »Internationale BNE Allianzen« Erfahrungen zur Implementierung des WIA in Weiterbildungseinrichtungen.
Seit 2020 fördert das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS ) Modellprojekte zu Verbundlösungen im Bereich der beruflichen Weiterbildung. So soll der Blick über die eigene Unternehmensgrenze hinaus unterstützt und die Weiterbildungsbeteiligung erhöht werden.
