Das am 1. Juli 1998 eröffnete Leipziger Stadtbüro ist keine Meckerecke, obwohl hier alles, was den Bürgern auf den Nägeln brennt, auf den Tisch kommt. „Beteiligung“ ist sein Thema und ein Ort des Dialogs zwischen Verwaltung und Bürgern.
