Kooperationen unterschiedlicher Akteure sind in Lernenden Regionen wesentliche Voraussetzung, innovative Entwicklungen voranzutreiben. Dabei übernimmt die berufliche Weiterbildung die Funktion eines Katalysators, da die Entwicklung der Human Ressources ein wesentlicher Standortvorteil ist.
