Analysing the Course of Processes in Counselling – A Desideratum Reasoning and Development of a Research Design Different processes of counselling have been a non-studied field of research in adult education so far. It is necessary for the professionalization of counselling to close this research gap by an empirical basic work, because the need for counselling is increasing. A research design is explained by this article. The methodological outline will be developed and reasoned.
Working biographies today do not last for life. The author describes the concepts of labour entrepreneur as a new type of labour which means that employees put their competence to the market. In der Corona-Pandemie jedoch haben Weiterbildungsanbieter auch für diese besonderen Zielgruppen auf digitale Weiterbildungsformate umgestellt. Die gesammelten Erfahrungen und daraus resultierenden Strategien der beruflichen Weiterbildungsanbieter sowie Chancen und Risiken nahm das Projekt FORWARD in den Blick.
Mit ihrer Reform zum »Kontinuierlichen Lernen« hat die finnische Regierung Instrumente zur weitreichenden Anerkennung non-formal erworbener Kompetenzen geschaffen. Der Autor schildert die Entwicklungen zum kompetenzbasierten Lernen in der finnischen Erwachsenenbildung und gibt einen Einblick in Voraussetzungen und Vorteile dieser Anerkennungspraxis.
