The article is the answer of the (female) author to three questions for the understanding, the development and the most important tasks of gender democracy now and in the future. The actual development of gender democracy as a political target is seen critically by Barbara Stiegler similar to the view of Peter Döge. But at the field of education gender democracy has to be understood as a target in general. Gender mainstreaming as an integrative educational task and issue presupposes gender …
10% of German adults are estimated 1995 by OECD to be on a very low level of literacy, about 30% are on a low level. The author explores definitions and dimension of basic education. Doch wann und wie entsteht Freude beim Lernen und Lehren (Gespräch, Schüßler)? Können Spiele dabei unterstützen, Freude in Lernprozessen auszulösen (Rachow)? Ist Freude gar…

The B.A./M.A. nonsense. A backtalk The polemic against the university reform begins at its claim of absoluteness and the derivation of a “diploma prohibition” of the Bologna process. Among others: 1. B.A. and M.A. are extending the time of study. 2. The B.A. destroys university places. 3. The B.A. does not q…
In the current transition from industrial society towards an „information society“, the importance of access to and information about new information and communication technologies is ever growing. A „digital divide“ between competent users and nonusers, forming a new class of „information have-nots“, may be the consequence. – The author points to the increasing importance of the Internet as a provider of everyday information, as well as to the danger of excluding great numbers of individual…
