Die Anerkennung ausländischer Abschlüsse ist ein wichtiger Aspekt für die qualifikationsadäquate Beschäftigung ausländischer Fachkräfte. Am Beispiel der Pflegeberufe zeigen die Autorinnen, wie bedeutend Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für den Anerkennungsprozess sind und welche Rolle Weiterbildungsanbieter dabei spielen.
Das DIALOG-Praxisnetzwerk für Wissenstransfer und Innovation des Deutschen Instituts für Erwachsenenbildung (DIE) fördert den Austausch zwischen Forschung und Praxis im Feld der Erwachsenenbildung. Chatbots – Programme, die einen Dialog mit Nutzerinnen und Nutzern führen – werden vermehrt auch in der Weiterbildung eingesetzt. Cäcilie Kowald, Co-Autorin des Lernbot Kim der time4you GmbH, erläutert die Grundlagen der Funktionsweise von Chatbots und zeigt Möglichkeiten ihres Einsatzes auf.
The article summarizes the results of a case study in which two further education courses at universities are comparatively analyzed. It is examined how the knowledge transfer is linked to the governance of the courses. It can be shown that there is instrumental knowledge transfer in connection with managerial governance in the one study course whereas the other study course is distinguished by reflexive knowledge transfer and academic self-governance.
Quality testing and organisational development The project QUEST (developing quality, controlling, testing) It is reported of the model, implementation and results of a project for quality testing (QUEST). It collected the concepts, approaches and experiences – in terms of quality assurance - at several folk high schools and prepared the implementation of the model test of Bund-Laender-Commission (BLK) on learner orientated quality assurance in further education networks.
