Anlass für dieses Themenheft ist die derzeit zu beobachtende Entwicklung politischer Konfliktlinien, die Auswirkungen auf Deutschland zeitigen könnten. Konflikte begegnen dem Menschen jeden Tag – nicht nur auf politischer und gesellschaftlicher, sondern auch auf zwischenmenschlicher Ebene. Doch was sind Konflikte eigentlich? Welche existieren innerhalb der Erwachsenenbildung? Und wie kann man lernen, sie zu bearbeiten?
Parent and child programmes are the most frequently offered programmes in family education. The intergenerational experiment of education and lifelong learning has proven its worth in adult and family education and may be regarded as a counter weight to the »expertisation« during the early childhood.
Die Autorin untersucht kulturbezogenes Lernen in DaF- und DaZ-Kursen und betont die Bedeutung von Sprache und Diskurs. Dabei hebt sie die Notwendigkeit eines dynamischen Verständnisses von Gesellschaft und Kultur hervor und plädiert für einen offeneren und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Mehrsprachigkeit.
Im Oktober 2022 wurden auf Basis von Tabellen Daten zu der europäischen Unternehmensbefragung CVT S6 für das Referenzjahr 2020 online zugänglich. Es zeigen sich trotz Pandemie eine Komplementarität von kursförmigen und digital unterstützten Lernformen und ein insgesamt relativ gutes Abschneiden Deutschlands. Nachdenklich stimmt, so der Autor, der konstant hohe Anteil an weiterbildungsabstinenten Unternehmen.
Der Text gibt eine kurze Auswertung über den Zusammenhang zwischen Kursen/Lehrgängen, Unterrichtsstunden, Arbeitsverwaltung und Zahl der Teilnehmenden. Dabei wird differenziert nach Gruppenmaßnahmen im Auftrag der Arbeitsverwaltung und solchen Kursen/Lehrgängen, an denen Teilnehmende individuell nach dem AFG gefördert wurden.
This article describes the attempt to reveal the most suitable methods of learning for learners of the German language without previous knowledge of the Latin alphabet (Literacy DaZ Courses). Seven different methods of learning are compared in four different courses so that each syllabus will be mediated in one course with method A and in another with method B and so on. The report presents first results of a study dealing with the whereabouts of former participants of literacy classes. Assuming courses of adult education have a beginning and an end, the authors pursue the phenomena of participants sojourning permanently at adult education courses.
