Welche Chancen diese Dialogsysteme bieten, aber auch, welche Herausforderungen sie mit sich bringen, zeigen die Autorinnen und der Autor anhand ihrer Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung des »StudyBuddy«.
Die Autorin beleuchtet, wie generative KI als Impulsgeber durch gezielte Fragen genutzt werden kann, um kritisches Denken zu fördern. Im Fokus steht der sokratische Dialog als Methode, die selbstständiges Lernen unterstützt und zur tiefergehenden Auseinandersetzung mit Themen anregt. The author points out the effects on both publishers and the entire academic and learning culture.
The article presents the European development of new learning centres as well as educational and cultural centres, in which adult education institutions and libraries continue to merge. The author depicts three examples of these new institutions, which are increasingly becoming an element of educational urban development.
This report provides an overview of the standards between professional and organisational logic for adult education – from the perspective of funding and continuing educational organisations, education policy and research. It also summarises various strategies for improving teaching and training, and identifies outstanding questions. The report presents central findings of the PIAAC Study (»Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies«) conducted by the OECD and provides first estimates about its significance for adult education. Although PIAAC cannot offer any information about the correlation between causes and effects.
