In zehn Porträts ausgewählter EB-Pioniere von Weitling über Zetkin und Luxemburg bis Strzelewicz werden die Anfänge der Erwachsenenbildung in einem Zeitraum von mehr als 100 Jahren erzählt. Durch diese besondere Auswahl, die Quellentexte und die (teilweise erstveröffentlichten) Fotografien öffnet sich der Blick auf die Geschichte der Erwachsenenbildung und ermöglicht neue Interpretationen.
Der REPORT berichtet über Frauenbildung und Frauenarbeit aus zwei Perspektiven. Die Texte beleuchten die Inhalte von Erwachsenenbildung, die für Frauen gedacht sind, und sie berichten aus der Perspektive der Frauen, die in der Erwachsenenbildung beschäftigt sind.

Decision behaviour in further education, impact on pedagogical consulting competence The author shows, that against the background of accruing research on adult education consultation the relevance of emotions for the decision behaviour of adults is drawn closer into the focus.
