Die „Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit“ ist ein grundlegendes Element des Qualitätsentwicklungsprozesses. Häufig werden zu diesem Zweck systematische Zufriedenheitsanalysen angestellt. Die Volkshochschulen Duisburg, Oberhausen, Mülheim a. d.
