Die hochqualifizierten Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der Generation Y, die nun in Entscheidungspositionen vorrücken und zunehmend den Bedarf an Bildungsangeboten mitbestimmen werden, haben spezifische Erwartungen in Bezug auf die Nachhaltigkeit von Bildungsangeboten und -einrichtungen. Anhand von Fokusgruppeninterviews arbeitet die Autorin diese Erwartungen heraus und legt dar, welche Folgen dies für Bildungsanbieter hat.
