Das Thema Beurteilung wird auf dem Hintergrund des komplexen Handlungsfeldes der Modernisierung - ihrer spezifischen paradoxen Dynamiken - mit den Aspekten: Struktur, Kultur, Person und Natur verbunden und an markanten Beispielen kritisch bewertet.
In diesem Grundlagenartikel zu Zertifikaten im Bereich der Weiterbildung werden die unterschiedlichen Funktionen und gesetzlichen Grundlagen von Zertifikaten und ihrer Anerkennung vorgestellt und kritisch diskutiert.
Dargestellt werden die Ergebnisse einer kleinen empirischen Untersuchung, die den Rahmen und die Inhalte von Vernetzungen von Weiterbildungseinrichtungen in der Region Bergisches Land kritisch überprüft hat. Danach gibt es zwar Kooperationen - bilaterale Beziehungen, aber von Vernetzung der Weiterbildung - mit einem politischen Gestaltungswillen - kann kaum gesprochen werden.
