The author is a freelance teacher, coach and adviser in the field of further education. In her article she reports the experiences she made with the financing of her independent business activities. Referring to the four marketing items “product – placing – promotion – price” she describes the essential skills and strategies necessary to establish successfully with a freelance job in adult education.
An Austrian study analysed the situation of staff with a migration history within the field of adult education.
