Teilnehmendengewinnung ist eine Kernaufgabe der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildungspraxis. Doch wer ist für die Gewinnung von Teilnehmenden verantwortlich? Die Autorinnen haben in einem systematic review Forschungsstand und Diskussionslinien herausgearbeitet und zeigen Forschungsdesiderate bei diesem wichtigen Thema auf.
Seit 2020 fördert das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS ) Modellprojekte zu Verbundlösungen im Bereich der beruflichen Weiterbildung. So soll der Blick über die eigene Unternehmensgrenze hinaus unterstützt und die Weiterbildungsbeteiligung erhöht werden. Der Autor, Referent im BMAS , beschreibt die Zielsetzungen der Weiterbildungsverbünde und ihre Erfolgsfaktoren, aber auch Schwierigkeiten bei der Umsetzung.
