Development of personality competence and central further education barriers in social milieus Presented are partial results of a current Germany-wide empirical qualitative analysis in which the social and regional differentiation of adult education interests and adult education behaviour in the tradition of milieu research are ascertains and interpreted. Auf der Basis von Ergebnissen der Evaluationsstudie zu einer Qualifizierungsreihe diskutieren der Autor und die Autorin deren spezifische Funktion und die Bedarfe, die sich für die zukünftige Professionalisierung abzeichnen.
Die in der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Natur- und Umweltbildung e. V. (ANU) versammelten Einrichtungen und Akteure bieten Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung (BNE) und Umweltbildung unterschiedlichster Formen an. Wie BNE in Einrichtungen wie Kommunen strukturell verankert werden kann, zeigen die Autorinnen anhand von systematischen Überlegungen und Praxisbeispielen.
Neu starten, Routinen aufbrechen, das Alte hinter sich lassen – für viele eine sehnsuchtsvolle Vorstellung. Gleichzeitig wandelt sich die Welt so beharrlich, dass auch Routine und Kontinuität erstrebenswert scheinen. In der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung findet sich beides: Erneuerung und Bewahrung. Der Neustart von weiter bilden lässt uns auf das Wechselspiel von Kontinuität und Wandel schauen.
