Anfang des Jahres ist das Qualifizierungschancengesetz in Kraft getreten, das eine deutliche Ausweitung der Möglichkeiten für geförderte Weiterbildung und der Beratungstätigkeit der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit mit sich bringt. Der Autor analysiert Umsetzung und mögliche Folgen des Gesetzes.
