Modellprojekte der Universitäten Bielefeld und Frankfurt/Main sowie der Katholischen Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft für Erwachsenenbildung.
Ansätze und Lösungsstrategien von Finanzierungsproblemen der Weiterbildung bekommen im Zusammenhang des lebenslangen Lernens prinzipielle Bedeutung für die Zukunft.
