Die Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung können sich mittels Quali-tätsmanagementprozessen weiterentwickeln und im Rahmen solcher Prozesse eine gemeinsame Haltung herausarbeiten. Darüber hinaus stellen Programmangebote zur Politischen Bildung einen zentralen Aspekt dar, wie die Einrichtung authentisch auftreten kann.
