Das BMBF hat die Deutsche Unesco-Kommission mit der Durchführung der UN-Dekade zur Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung beauftragt. Deshalb hat DIE den parlamentarischen Staatssekretär im BMBF nach politischen Erwartungen und Unterstützungen für die BNE befragt.
Anhand empirischer Daten wird herausgearbeitet, dass die Koordinaten der Weiterbildung sich von bildungspolitischen Intentionen zur arbeitsmarkt-und sozialpolitischen Ausrichtung verlagert haben. Für die Zukunft wird vermutet, dass die Weiterbildung noch stärker an den Rand wohlfahrtsstaatlicher Politik geraten wird.
"Nachhaltigkeit" ist zu einem Containerwort verkommen und bezeichnet inzwischen alles, was Bestand hat oder bleibende Wirkungen entfaltet. The JDC (Defence and Citizenship Day) has become an essential element in the fight against illiteracy in France.
