Design Thinking als Ansatz zur Problemlösung und Innovationsentwicklung kommt mittlerweile in zahlreichen Kontexten zur Anwendung. Rather than formulating normative claims regarding educational processes, the aim is to empirically examine the conditions under which workplace learning takes place.
