In Form eines Erfahrungsberichts werden Problemfelder des Programms "Lernende Regionen" ausgehend von Einzelprojekten benannt. Ausser den Problemen in den Einzelprojekten, wie z. B. fehlende langfristige Verankerung; fehlende finanzielle Absicherung; Doppelarbeit, gibt es danach auch Probleme in der Kommunikation zwischen dem Projektträger und den lernenden Regionen.

Working biographies today do not last for life. The author describes the concepts of labour entrepreneur as a new type of labour which means that employees put their competence to the market. Characteristics of the labour entrepreneur is responsibilityfor the organisation and the marketing of one’s own competence.
